The purpose of our website is to provide information and news dealing with health & wellness. Also, we want to join women across the world in one accord. Our focus is more than fitness and exercise, our goal is to unite women for any cause and/or purpose. We specialize in symposiums, special events, group meetings, discussions, and workout groups that allow women to meet, converse, and share testimonials with others who are afflicted with like issues. We sell Sistas In Shape products with a registered trademark logo. These products are not to be duplicated or copied. Our apparel includes t shirts, hand towels, hats, sports bra etc....
